Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange only. No Refunds. This does not apply to custom items. There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES for custom items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will help us evaluate the issue and make it right.
Send an email to order@clockthistee.com with the subject line: Defective Item and Order Number (e.g., "Defective Item, Order #123456"). Please include:
- Photos of the item
- A detailed description
- The new item of interest to replace the defective item
Once you receive the shipping label and return address, please send the defective item back to us. We’ll stay in touch and provide updated shipping info for the replacement item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We have a strict No Refund Policy on all items. No Exceptions. However, we offer options to exchange items (please refer to the sections above regarding damages, exchanges, and returns).
